Connor J Doyle is a self-taught painter with a background in architecture, now focused on expressive landscape art inspired by the Scottish Highlands. Originally working in cityscapes and portraiture, his creative direction shifted during a Master’s in Architecture in Glasgow, where weekend hikes sparked a love for natural scenery.

When the pandemic paused academic life, painting took centre stage. In 2023, Connor left architecture to pursue art full time—blending design precision with painterly texture to capture the beauty and emotion of wild landscapes.
