WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Delivery times can vary depending on the item, but here's a general overview:
- In-stock & ready-to-ship items: Our curated brand partners typically dispatch within 72 hours.
- Made-to-order pieces: Please check the product description for estimated production and delivery timelines.
As our items are shipped directly from our individual makers and partners, delivery times may differ based on the country of origin and your location.
At THE FOREVER CURATES, we collaborate with independent artisans and boutique producers from around the world. This global network means delivery times listed in your order confirmation are approximate and can be influenced by the production method (ready-to-ship or made-to-order) and origin of your piece.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
At the moment, we only offer shipping within the UK.
If you're outside the UK and would like to place an order, please email karen@theforevercurates.com — we’ll be happy to see what we can do to assist you.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping costs vary depending on the item and are calculated at checkout. As our pieces come from a range of specialist artisans and partners, you may see separate shipping charges if your order includes items from multiple sources.
We currently ship within the UK.
However, if you request delivery outside the UK, please note that shipping costs will be quoted individually, and any applicable customs duties or import taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in our delivery fees and are determined by the destination country’s regulations.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Because we work with a community of talented artisans and independent brands, your pieces are lovingly packed and shipped directly from each maker. This means your order may arrive in separate parcels, each with its own unique journey — but all on their way to you with care.
MY ORDER IS A GIFT — CAN IT BE GIFT WRAPPED?
We love that you're choosing a special piece as a gift! As many of our items are shipped directly from our makers, we can't always guarantee gift wrapping, but we’ll absolutely try our best to make it happen.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?
We’ll do our best to help if your order hasn’t been dispatched yet — so please get in touch as soon as possible.
Once your item has shipped, we’re sadly unable to make any changes or cancellations, so we kindly ask that you double-check your delivery details before completing your order.
